About the Wine

The blend includes 50% Viognier, 25% Grenache Blanc, and 25% Roussanne. Cuvée R White 2023 is a blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and Roussanne, grown on slightly sloped vineyards with deep, sandy clay soils that offer a steady water supply. These conditions, combined with ideal sun exposure and the influence of the Mistral wind, allow the grapes to develop vibrant aromas and freshness. Grapes are harvested early in the morning between September 1 and 14 to preserve aromatic potential. The must undergoes pneumatic pressing with minimal oxidation, followed by two days of cold settling. Selected yeast strains are used for fermentation, which takes place in coated concrete tanks over 15 to 20 days at 14–16°C. Lees are stirred for one month to enhance mouthfeel, and maturation occurs in stainless steel to retain freshness before bottling.
