About the Wine

Esprit de Famille 2024 is a white wine from Costières de Nîmes, crafted from a blend of Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Grenache Blanc. The grapes are mechanically harvested at night to preserve their freshness and natural aromas. The winemaking process includes gentle, direct pressing and a 15-day fermentation at low temperatures. Fermentation is completed in French oak barrels (half of which are second use), followed by 8 months of aging in 600L French oak demi-muids with lees stirring prior to blending and filtration. The wine has an alcohol content of 12.5%.

Tasting Notes

This is a powerful, rich, and complex wine with fine concentration. It features ripe fruit aromas such as apricot, yellow peach, and mirabelle plum, accented by subtle floral notes of honeysuckle. The finish is balanced and lingers on toasted almond nuances.
