About the Wine

Roseblood Rosé stands as the flagship cuvée, meticulously crafted to showcase elegance and subtle complexity. Under the skilled orchestration of Technical Director Victor Joyeux, this exceptional blend is sourced from hillside Coteaux Varois en Provence vineyards featuring red earth soils with pockets of gravel and flint. Comprising 56% Grenache, 21% Syrah, 14% Cinsault, 5% Rolle, and 4% Semillon, it results in a harmonious composition of flavors. In this blend of emblematic Provençal grape varietals, each plays a distinctive role: Grenache contributes roundness, delicacy, and subtle aromas, while Syrah adds power and color. Cinsault, known for finesse and fruity notes, gently balances the strength provided by Grenache and Syrah. Rolle, the iconic white grape of Provence, introduces a touch of tension, freshness, and floral notes, and Semillon adds texture to complete this well-balanced blend. It comes in an elegant, playful, and bold packaging. The serpent serves as a symbol of seductive power, while the rose represents vitality and infuses floral, both embodying the essence of Château d’Estoublon’s “Garden of Eden.”

Tasting Notes

“A fragrant, floral rosé, with a burst of watermelon and strawberry lemonade notes. Maintains vibrant energy from start to finish, with a saline mineral foundation offsetting the creamy fruit. Balanced and delicious, showing a waft of smoke on the well-meshed finish.” -Wine Spectator

Pairing Notes

This elegant, delicately structured rosé offers fresh red fruit, citrus blossom, and subtle herbal notes, all lifted by vibrant acidity — an ideal match for everything from summer picnics to sunset apéritifs. Pair with a Provençal salade niçoise, tuna tartare, seafood platters, or soft cheeses like goat cheese or burrata with olive oil and herbs. It also complements freshly grilled fish or a classic herb-roasted chicken with grilled seasonal vegetables.
