Agricola Tiberio farms in Abruzzo. This Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is 100% Trebbiano Abruzzese from a mass selection, grown on clay-limestone soil over a sandstone subsoil. The grapes undergo a cold skin maceration for six hours at 5-6 C; the must is obtained only by gravity, with no pressing, and fermentation runs on indigenous yeasts in stainless steel without malolactic.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with pale green highlights. Intense, clean, refined aromas opening with nectarine, green apple, hawthorn, orange blossom and anise. Excellent retronasal persistence, a fresh attack with good acid balance and good body; a persistent finish with notes of anise and almond.
