Profile & Story
Blazic is a family estate in Plesivo (Medana), in the heart of Goriska Brda, farming ~10 ha across the Slovenian and Italian sides of the hills. 'Jakot' is 100% Friulano (Sauvignonasse, formerly Tocai Friulano) given a short ~3-day skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation with no cultivated yeast, matured in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Golden yellow; varietal nose of lemon peel, ripe white fruit and field flowers; palate of elegant freshness, minerality and a pleasant aftertaste.

White meat, seafood, herb omelets, vegetable risotto and herb-forward pastas.
