Centuries-old Herzegovina family estate (current label since 1979) in Citluk near Mostar. Josip Brkic converted to organics and in 2007 to biodynamics - the first biodynamic wine in Bosnia & Herzegovina - now farmed by son Pasko (4 ha). 'Mjesecar' ('Moonwalker') is 100% Zilavka fermented and aged on the skins for up to 12 months; indigenous-yeast fermentation, hand-bottled without pumps or filtration.
