Naboso is a small organic grower (Nadja and Andrej Mikluscak) in Slovakia's Little Carpathians, farming 2 ha on granite and sandy brown-earth soils. 'Zore' blends Andre (a Blaufrankisch x St. Laurent cross) with Blaufrankisch from ~33-year-old vines, made by carbonic maceration and aged ~6 months in oak and stainless steel; unfiltered, unfined, 15-20 mg/L SO2.

Roast white meats, pizza, root vegetables and braised dishes.
