Small husband-and-wife natural estate in Sudburgenland (Eisenberg). Sourced from the Prantner, the oldest known Welschriesling vineyard in Burgenland - an 85-year-old Hungarian clone farmed the traditional way. Hand-harvested, spontaneous fermentation, aged in stainless steel, fined with bentonite clay, unfiltered, minimal sulfur.
