Zagreus is an organic family estate in Bulgaria's Central Thracian Valley focused on the native Mavrud grape. 'Santimenti' is 100% Mavrud from dry-farmed, hand-harvested organic vineyards; wild fermentation in stainless steel with no additives, no fining or filtration and no oak, with only minimal sulfur (up to 30 mg/L) before bottling.
