Peyrassol is an ancient Provence estate whose first harvest was recorded in 1256, when it was held by the Knights Templar; today everything made there is certified organic. La Croix is an accessible blend in the true style of Provencal rose, drawn from the estate's IGP-classified vineyard and local partner growers (Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Caladoc).
Tasting Notes
A pretty pale pink with bluish highlights. The nose shows ripe vineyard peach layered over a fresh bouquet of white flowers. A lively, refreshing attack leads into bright citrus notes and a mouth-watering, orange-candy texture, finishing with fine bitters that add savoury lift and structure.
