Tasting Notes
Light straw yellow. Fruity notes of ripe pears, white pepper and a hint of sage on the nose. A mineral-salty richness with a distinctive crisp acidity on the palate - a wine with backbone.

Enjoy as an aperitif, or with pasta dishes, mild cheeses, grilled fish and cheese fondue. Serve at 12-14 C.
