Stafford Hill is the second label of Holloran Vineyard Wines in Oregon, offering outstanding value for handcrafted, small-production wines. It is made from the same vineyard sources and the same traditional winemaking as the Holloran label, with limited use of new oak to keep the Pinot Noir fresh and approachable for everyday drinking.
Tasting Notes
The nose presents intense black cherry aromas, with a savory component that emerges with swirling. The palate shows pure cherry with white chocolate, leading to an impressive finish with kirsch flavors and mouth-coating ripe tannins.

Enjoy with pork chops with brandied cherries, or juniper-rubbed roast duck with cherry jus.
