Tasting Notes
Bright pink with seductive amber highlights. A lively, intense bouquet of red fruits - wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry. On the palate the juicy intensity of berries (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant) meets the fleshiness and firmness of peach, concluding with a subtle note of refreshing menthol and a lingering sweetness of gooseberry and wild strawberry.
Pairing Recommendation
Serve chilled to 10-12 C in tulip-shaped glasses rather than flutes. Pairs with delicate sushi, grilled summer peaches, or soft creamy cheeses.
