Profile & Story

Brothers Daniel and Jonas Brand run their family's fifth-generation estate in Bockenheim, Pfalz, certified organic since 2018 and increasingly biodynamic. ‘Wilder Satz’ is a field blend of most of the white grapes they grow - chiefly Muller-Thurgau alongside Riesling, Kerner, Silvaner, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc - picked and vinified separately (some foot-stomped and skin-macerated) before blending; the ‘Pur’ bottling is their zero-sulfur line, fermented with wild yeast and bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Good with lighter, herb-forward dishes, or on its own as an aperitif.
