Tasting Notes
This Tempranillo has a beautiful crystal-clear garnet hue, and on the bouquet and palate it reveals delightful earthy tones that add depth and warmth. Fig, redwood bark, and toasted spices appear on the bouquet and on the palate, there is dried cranberry, pepper, and a touch of smoke. With its medium body, sturdy tannic structure, and a finish that won’t quit, it’s a wine that will be enjoyable for years to come.

This wine pairs wonderfully with a variety of flavors, from grilled satays and crispy tempura to savory stir-fries and rich, spicy curries.
