Tasting Notes
A balanced and sweet black fruit-driven bouquet, with aromas of blackcurrant, sweet black cherry, vanilla bean pods, and anise seed. Its weight and body leave an impression without being imposing, and its velvet tannins give it just the right amount of texture. Drink in flavors of black plum, cedar, smoke, black tea, and a hint of ponzu on the finish. This is an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon, and can be enjoyed on its own merits, or paired with a hearty root vegetable cassoulet or steak and potatoes.
