Cavas Marevia is a leading organic Cava producer based in Requena, Valencia, run by the Hevia Ferrer family, whose roots in sparkling winemaking trace back over a century to Pedro Ferrer and Dolores Sala, founders of Freixenet. Bella Mistala Brut is made from organically grown grapes — 75% Macabeo and 25% Chardonnay — aged more than 12 months at 15°C. ABV 11.5%; residual sugar 8 g/L.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with greenish tones and fine, persistent bubbles. Intense aromas of pear and apple with notes of lime and white flowers; fresh on the palate with well-integrated acidity and an elegant floral finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Pairs with fish, seafood, and rice dishes, as well as carpaccio, maki, and sashimi. Serve chilled at 6-8°C.
