Profile & Story

Juvé & Camps is a family-owned winery founded in 1921 by Joan Juvé Baqués and Teresa Camps Farré in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Penedès. Their flagship rosé Cava is made from 100% Pinot Noir, produced by the traditional method with 15 months of bottle aging and a Brut dosage of just 5 g/L.

Tasting Notes

Bright cherry-red color with fine effervescence; cherry and strawberry notes wrapped in honey, toasted bread, and a faint floral character. Intense, fresh, and exuberant on the palate with a rich, aromatic finish.

Pairs well with pasta, cured meats, Japanese cuisine, and baked goods.
