Valdecuevas is a family bodega with its own vineyards in the heart of DO Rueda, producing limited-quantity wines from stony soils under a continental climate. Their Cuvée Verdejo is a 100% Verdejo monovarietal fermented in micro-tanks and oak barrels, integrating varietal fruit with subtle aging notes.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflections; aromas of ripe white fruit and fresh herbs with delicate hints of vanilla and toasted oak. Broad, fresh, and harmonious on the palate with balanced acidity and a lingering finish.
