Col dei Venti is a family winery in Castiglione Tinella, in the Moscato d'Asti heartland of Piedmont. 'Comete' comes from vineyards there, made with soft pressing, short skin maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation with foam building.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with a rich fragrance of acacia flowers, daisies and sage; balanced, fresh and lightly sweet on the palate, best served cool.
