Profile & Story

Farina is a family winery in San Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, Veneto. Their Soave Classico DOC is 85% Garganega with 15% Trebbiano di Soave and Pinot Bianco, fermented entirely in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with greenish reflections; aromas of elderflower and wildflowers with fruity notes of green apple, pineapple and golden plum.
