The Giuliana Vicini label belongs to the Vicini/Ciavolich family of Pescara, Abruzzo, whose cellar dates to 1853; the name honors matriarch Giuliana Vicini, who left her vineyards to granddaughter Chiara Ciavolich on the condition the wines carry the Vicini name.
