Profile & Story
Sentieri Siciliani, founded by agronomist Elisa Trovato, farms plots on the south side of Etna at Trecastagni among other Sicilian sites, working the volcano's black lava soils. Their Etna Bianco DOC is a blend of roughly 60% Carricante and 40% Catarratto.
Tasting Notes
Bright gold with notes of apple, white peach, pear and star anise; fresh, citrus-driven acidity with a smoky, mineral finish from Etna's volcanic soils.
