Ziobaffa is an organic Tuscan label from vintner Piergiorgio Castellani, bottled in a zero-waste facility in the heart of Tuscany; the brand grew out of a surf trip through Italy with filmmaker Jason Baffa. The Vermentino Toscana IGT is 100% Vermentino.

Tasting Notes

A complex, floral nose with notes of peach, flowers, sage and rosemary; persistent and full on the palate, balanced by fresh mineral notes.
