Ca' del Bosco's flagship Franciacorta, first bottled under this name in 2005 after decades of refinement (the label began life as Franciacorta Pinot in 1976). The blend is roughly 75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Nero and 10% Pinot Bianco, vinified separately and enriched with about 20% reserve wines from earlier vintages, then aged at least 28 months on the lees, well beyond the Franciacorta DOCG minimum.
