Profile & Story

Cantina Terlan (Kellerei Terlan), in Alto Adige's Terlano DOC zone, is renowned for age-worthy whites from its steep, south-facing vineyards. The 100% Chardonnay for Kreuth is hand-harvested, gently pressed and slowly fermented, then aged 10 months split between stainless steel and large wooden barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation on the lees.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant straw yellow; exotic fruit (passion fruit, star fruit), citrus and flinty mineral notes on the nose, with balanced acidity and a creamy, long, terroir-driven structure.
