Chateau de Selle in Draguignan was the founding estate of Domaines Ott, acquired by Marcel Ott in 1912 and the historic heart of the house's Cotes de Provence rose production. Grown on limestone-rich vineyards under strong Provencal sun, the wine is vinified for finesse and tension, with an emphasis on free-run juice.
