Fattoria Sardi is a certified organic and biodynamic estate in the Colline Lucchesi hills near Lucca, Tuscany. Le Cicale is a hand-harvested rosato blending organic Syrah and Vermentino, gently pressed, cold-settled and spontaneously fermented, then aged in wood on fine lees.

Tasting Notes

Pale pink with onion-skin reflections; wild rose, white flowers, berries and citrus on the nose, with a fresh, creamy, mineral palate and a persistent, silky finish.
