Profile & Story

Sebastiano is Fattoria Sardi's flagship red under the Colline Lucchesi DOC, named for the family's grandfather; a certified-organic blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, hand-harvested with a mix of destemmed and whole-cluster lots, spontaneous fermentation, natural malolactic conversion, and aging in both small and large oak.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red; dark and red berries with violet, licorice, cinnamon, tobacco and leather notes; silky-textured with balanced acidity and full body.
