Sotto Villa is Fattoria Sardi's Vermentino bottling under the Colline Lucchesi DOC, farmed on certified organic vines at the estate near Lucca, hand-harvested and pneumatic-pressed at low temperature, then naturally fermented in concrete and stainless steel and aged four months.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with gold and light green hues; white flowers, fresh pear, summer peach and ripe grapefruit with Mediterranean sage, mint and light spice; fresh, full and well balanced on the palate.
