This series of wines is the expression of four remarkable plots coming from our historic Santa Ines Vineyard, in Isla de Maipo. A precise combination of climate, soil, grape variety and viticulture are combined with traditional, natural winemaking that respects the personality of each vineyard in order to produce unique wines that faithfully reflect the De Martino’s style.
Tasting Notes
The Blanca Semillon from Isla de Maipo displays intense aromas of ripe citrus and green apple, along with the honeyed notes typical of Semillón and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, it is intense and full-bodied, with concentrated fruit, a silky texture, bright acidity, and a long finish. It can be enjoyed now, but will improve with aging.
Pairing Recommendation
Ideal for pairing with seafood, white fish, Nikkei cuisine, ceviches, and fresh salads. Its fruity notes and balanced acidity harmonize with soft cheeses, asparagus risotto, and herb-based dishes.
