Tasting Notes
La Cancha Cabernet Sauvignon from Isla de Maipo stands out for its intense aromatic expression and well-defined character, with notes of cassis and graphite, along with spices and a subtle hint of menthol that adds freshness. On the palate, it is intense and elegant, with concentrated fruit, fresh acidity, and smooth tannins that provide a balanced texture. It has a long, persistent finish and excellent aging potential.
Pairing Recommendation
It's an elegant wine with notes of cassis, tobacco, and graphite. Its structure and fine tannins pair ideally with rich red meats, such as ribeye steak with chimichurri, rosemary roast lamb, or mushroom and thyme risotto.
