Babadishi is a small estate winery producing Saperavi from its own vineyards in the village of Tsinandali, Kakheti. Fermentation is driven by natural (wild) yeast, and the wine is aged in oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Deep cherry-red in color, with black prune, blackberry, cherry, and vanilla tones. The aftertaste is long and spicy with a touch of oak, supported by silky tannins.
