Domaine Vacheron is a leading Sancerre estate, farmed biodynamically by cousins Jean-Dominique and Jean-Laurent Vacheron across 45 hectares at 300–350 m elevation. Long regarded as one of the top rosés of Sancerre, this wine has never been an afterthought: its pale salmon colour comes from direct pressing of Pinot Noir from 30–50-year-old vines on flint, clay and limestone soils.
