Tenuta di Valgiano, in the Lucca hills of Tuscany, is a biodynamic estate producing wine, oil and honey. Palistorti di Valgiano Bianco is a Mediterranean white blend of Vermentino, Trebbiano, Malvasia and Grechetto that, the producer says, consistently and elegantly expresses the white soul of their land, drawing on the local tradition of blending white varieties; it spends about six months maturing in stainless steel at low temperature.
