Profile & Story

This is wine for people who’d rather make their next move count than play it safe. Life’s Too Short for Safe Bets. Roshambo isn’t here to be polite. We’re here to win—or at least make losing taste damn good. Remember Rock, Paper, Scissors? We took that game, spiked it with California swagger, and bottled it. Whether it’s our Pinot Noir or Cabernet, every pour is a little act of rebellion. Acclaimed winemaker Ondine Chattan’s long standing relationships with Sonoma County’s coveted growers provides exceptional sourcing for Roshambo wines. A handful of small vineyards from the most alluring sub-appellations provide a fantastic canvas for Ondine to play with.

Tasting Notes

This delicate wine is lively with balanced, bright raspberry, red currant, and bramble berry flavor on the mid-palate. Notes of cranberry, vanilla, slate, and exotic spice punctuate the supple, silky mouthfeel, tantalizing the palate with layers of complexity and intrigue and making the experience a win-win for all who taste it.
