A blend of Dijon & Pommard clones from carefully selected vineyards in Carneros Sonoma. All grapes are handpicked and fermented in open top tanks allowing for cap punch down 2-3 times per day. The wine is fermented dry and aged for 11 months in 20% new French Oak.
Tasting Notes
Well-knit rich flavors of cherry, plum, blueberry and hints of cedar bark. Velvety texture with lingering earthy notes that glide across the palate.
