Prosecco is the signature sparkling wine of northeastern Italy, made from the Glera grape primarily in the Veneto using the tank (Charmat) method, which preserves the wine's fresh fruit character and easy-drinking style -- a natural fit for a bar's affordable bubbly-by-the-glass pour. Tasting Notes
