Chateau Pigoudet is one of Provence's most respected rose producers, farming 40 hectares at 400 meters in the shadow of the Sainte-Victoire massif within the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. The rose is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, made by the saignee method with natural yeasts.
Tasting Notes
Pale pink in color with delicate berry and white peach notes over mineral and floral nuances; light, dry and aromatic on the palate.
