Founded in 1969 by Mario Fantinel in the Collio area of northern Friuli, the Fantinel family has grown into one of the region's leading producers, managing over 300 hectares across the Collio, Grave and Prosecco DOC zones. Their Pinot Grigio Riserva draws on Friuli's cool, well-drained vineyards to produce a fuller, more structured expression of the variety than a standard bottling.
Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow with coppery highlights. Notes of pear, white peach and a faint almond nuance, with a rounder, more textured palate than typical Pinot Grigio, finishing clean and dry.
