I Favati has been making wine in Cesinali, in Campania's Avellino province, since the early 1900s, and today ranks among the region's most respected producers of Fiano di Avellino. The Pietramara bottling is sourced from the family's namesake vineyard at over 420 meters above sea level, where cool-temperature fermentation preserves the grape's fruit and mineral character.
