Tre Monti is a family-run, certified-organic winery in Romagna (Emilia-Romagna) established in 1974, known for low-intervention winemaking including skin-contact macerations. Piuttosto is 100% Trebbiano Romagnolo, macerated on its skins for around 20-25 days in concrete before release as an orange wine.
Tasting Notes
Amber-orange in color with aromas of dried Spanish broom, lychee and a balsamic eucalyptus note; a full, concentrated palate of dried apricot and candied orange zest with a honeyed finish.
