Tolaini, founded in Castelnuovo Berardenga in the heart of Chianti Classico, is now run by Lia Tolaini following her father Pier Luigi's return to Tuscany after decades in Canada. Al Passo takes its name from the circular forest crowning the estate's highest hill.
Tasting Notes
An equal blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon; spicy oak notes rise above cherry and berry fruit, with Sangiovese's backbone, Merlot's roundness and added body from the Cabernet.

Grilled steak, hearty pasta with meat or mushroom sauce.
