Enrico Serafino has produced artisan Piemonte wines since 1878 from its cellars in Canale. Grifo del Quartaro is the estate's classic-style Gavi DOCG, sourced from Cortese vineyards within the Comune di Gavi.
Tasting Notes
Typical of Cortese from the Gavi zone: pale straw-yellow with green highlights, delicate white-flower and citrus aromas, and a crisp, mineral finish.
