About the Wine

The wine shows a level of freshness not often seen in tandem with such concentrated fruit flavors and high-toned aromatics. Each section was picked and fermented separately, utilizing open and closed-top fermenters, depending on the need of each wine. A range of cellar techniques were employed to coax expressive aromas, ripe fruit flavors, and delicate tannins. After fermentation, the wine was barrel aged in 18% new French oak for 10 months, and then bottled in August of 2019.
