About the Wine
Grapes: Predominantly Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. This Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine celebrates the house’s heritage dating back to 1886. Made from carefully selected grapes grown in the heart of the Loire Valley, this cuvée undergoes a traditional second fermentation in bottle, followed by aging on lees to develop fine bubbles and elegant complexity.
