Sonoma-Cutrer sources this Chardonnay from six estate vineyards plus select growers across the Sonoma Coast appellation. Grapes are hand-sorted and whole-cluster pressed after early-morning harvest; the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages roughly 75% in French oak (new and neutral) with 25% in tank.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant aromas of lime zest, Meyer lemon, green apple and white pear with a mineral edge and toasted almond; the palate is crisp and citrus-driven, closing with a long, velvety texture and notes of pineapple and Bosc pear.
