Terlato Wines traces to Anthony Terlato's 1979 discovery of fine Pinot Grigio in Italy; in 2014 Bill Terlato partnered with viticulturists Marco Simonit and Pierpaolo Sirch and the Capaldo family to craft an estate-grown Pinot Grigio from the Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC. The wine is 100% Pinot Grigio from hillside estate vineyards, handpicked for a fuller-bodied style.
Tasting Notes
Light gold in color, with lifted aromas of white peach, pear and spring flowers; the palate is layered with ripe peach, pear and citrus, finishing crisp and mineral.
