Weingut Borell-Diehl is a family estate in Hainfeld in Germany's Pfalz region producing traditional-method Sekt. This Blanc de Noir is made from 100% Pinot Meunier, hand-riddled and disgorged after roughly 30 months on the lees, and released with zero dosage (under 3 g/L residual sugar).
Tasting Notes
Fine, persistent perlage with aromas of red berries, rose hips and brioche; a bone-dry, precise palate of crisp pome fruit and flinty minerality.
