Profile & Story
Borja Pérez González is a fourth-generation grower in La Guancha, on the northwest slope of Tenerife. Artífice, his more accessible label launched in 2015, draws this Listán Blanco from eight parcels of 50+ year-old, own-rooted vines on basaltic loam between 400-650m, fermented and aged separately in used 500L barrels and 2,500L foudre.
Tasting Notes
Tart grapefruit, lemon curd and green apple peel over a distinctly volcanic, saline minerality.
